摘要
介绍了C307型低压甲醇催化剂在我厂的实际运行情况,初步探讨了催化剂升温还原状况、入塔气气体成分、氢碳比、空速等因素对甲醇合成反应的影响,并提出了行之有效的催化剂保护措施和合理的生产运行方式。
In this article, the author briefly introduced the application condition ot C307 catalyst For LP- methanol synthesis in our plant, primary analyzed the influence of reduction status of catalyst, ingredient of inlet syngas, H/C ratio, space-velocity to methanol synthesis, put forward the suitable measures for catalyst protection and operation method.
