摘要
针对目前流行的PVC证卡打印技术,利用VC++6.0开发了一套彩色数码证卡系统,实现了证卡制作的即拍即打和证卡信息的存储与管理,并详细说明了视频捕获和图像处理,证卡排版,写磁和写IC芯片以及证卡信息存储的实现过程。
Regarding present popular PVC card printing technology, we develop a colored digital card system with VC ＋ ＋ 6.0, provide functions such as printing card promptly after taking picture, storing and managing data of card. In this paper, This paper elaborates video capture and lmage processing ,typesetting, writing the magnetic and IC chip, card information storing.
