摘要 指出了当前互联网日益严重的网络拥塞问题的原因和解决方向,详细分析了基于客户端和通信网络的两种网络拥塞控制策略,并对它们的算法提出了两种改进措施,实验证明有较好效果。 The paper points out reasons and resolutions about increasingly serious network congestion in Internet, analyzes in detail two congestion control strategies based on client and communication network, and puts forward some amelioration to their arithmetic, experimentation has proved their good effect.
