摘要
本文介绍了两种超(超)临界锅炉用新型奥氏体不锈钢管材,即新日铁开发的XA704和住友开发的SUPER304H的性能特点及异同。由于两种钢的成分不同,XA704钢管在500~730℃温度范围内的许用应力均比SUPER304H高,且XA704钢的抗晶间腐蚀能力更强。
This paper describes the characteristics and differences of the new type austenitic stainless steel tubes, namely XA704 developed by Nippon Steel and SUPER304H developed by Sumitomo Metal Industries for ultra supercritical boiler. As a result of the different chemical compositions designed for two steel, the allowable stress of XA704 is higher than SUPER304H within 500~730℃, and the former has better intergranular corrosion resistance.
