摘要
介绍了超音速喷涂技术和沙坡头电厂及其水轮机的情况,并就东方电机股份有限公司利用该技术对沙坡头电厂叶片所进行的超音速喷涂耐泥沙磨蚀技术的应用情况进行了介绍。该技术是目前世界上较为成熟并应用较多的抗泥沙磨蚀技术。
The HVOF spray coatings technology used in Shapotou water-power plant and hydro turbine was described in this paper, and application of the HVOF spray anti-sediment erosion coatings to hydro turbine blade of Shapotou water-power plant was introduced.
