摘要
采用正交实验方案筛选解脂耶氏酵母处理机油、柴油废水的最佳条件,发现在温度为25~30℃、pH6—7、培养时间50h、摇床转速200r/min的条件下,解脂耶氏酵母对上述废水的处理效果最佳,与我们过去报道的处理色拉油的最佳条件相同。在该条件下,利用解脂耶氏酵母分别处理机油、柴油、色拉油、餐饮油废水,结果表明:解脂耶氏酵母对各种含油废水均具有一定的降解能力,且对油脂废水的降解效率高于石油废水。当油浓度≤2000mg/L时,解脂耶氏酵母对机油、柴油废水、色拉油和餐饮油废水的降解率分别为22.93%、13、26%、93.30%和85.08%。
Yarrowia lipolytica was applied for removal of lubricant,diesel oil on wastewater samples.. The optimum conditions of bio-degradation were obtained by orthogonal experiments. Results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows: temperature 25 -30℃ ,pH6-7 ,shake speed 200 r/rain and with a retention time of 50 h, which were the same as the removal of salad oil. Under the optimum conditions,when E. oil≤2 000 mg/L,the removal of lubrican,diesel oil, salad oil and grease from food wastewater attained average values of 22. 93% , 13. 26% , 93.30% and 85.08% respectively,indicated Yarrowia lipolytica degraded salad oil and grease from food wastewater better than diesel oil and lubricant
