福辛普利对非糖尿病高血压伴有胰岛素抵抗的影响

The influence of Fuxinopril to non-diabetic essential hypertension complicated with insulin resistance

目的研究福辛普利对非糖尿病高血压伴有胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法福辛普利治疗非糖尿病高血压伴有胰岛素抵抗的患者46例,治疗前后测定基础血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,以稳态模型(Homamodel)公式计算胰岛素抵抗(IR),并行超声心动图检查。结果治疗后基础均值收缩压由治疗前的(178±49)mmHg,降至(130±40)mmHg;空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、左心室心肌重量和左心室重量指数均改善(P<0.05)。结论福辛普利对伴有胰岛素抵抗的高血压有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To study the influence of fuxinopril to essential hypertension complicated with insulin resistance. Methods 46 patients of non-diabetic essential hypertension complicated with insulin resistance （ IR ） was treated by fuxinopril,whose base blood pressure,fasting blood glucose level（FBG） and fasting insulin（FINS） were measured,insulin resistance （IR） was calculated with Homa model, and echocardiography was conducted before and after treatment. Results Base blood pressure decreased from （178 ±49）mm Hg to （130 ±40）mm Hg,and FINS and insulin resistance were lower than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Interventricular septum thickness and left ventricular posterior wall thickness ,left ventricular mass and index were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Fuxinopril has a better effect on essential hypertension complicated with insulin resistance.
