去甲长春花碱加顺铂联合治疗复发转移性胃癌47例临床分析被引量：1

摘要目的观察去甲长春花碱(NVB)加顺铂(DDP)联合治疗复发转移性胃癌的疗效。方法选择病理学证实的胃腺癌患者,经初次化疗后出现复发转移者47例,给予NVB30mg/m2,第1、8天静脉滴注;DDP80mg/m2,第1～3天给药,28d为1周期,至少治疗2周期后评价疗效。结果47例患者完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)19例,总有效率(CR+PR)42.6%(20/47),中位生存期9.5月(4～23月)。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制。结论NP方案治疗复发转移胃癌患者有效率较高,毒副作用可以耐受,值得临床进一步探讨应用。
