健康教育路径对精神分裂症患者自我效能感、自知力及服药依从性的影响 被引量:11

The influence of health education path on the self-efficacy and the compliance of patients with schizophrenia

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径对住院精神分裂症患者自我效能感、自知力恢复、服药依从性的影响。方法对60例住院精神分裂症患者,在实施健康教育路径前后采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(TIAQ)、自行设计的服药依从性调查表进行评定。结果实施健康教育路径前后2次评定GSES差异有显著性(P<0.01),TIAQ差异有显著性(P<0.01),服药依从性差异有显著性(P<0.01)。GSES与TIAQ呈正相关(r值=0.3050,P<0.05)、GSES与服药依从性有显著的正相关(r值=0.3767,P<0.01)。结论健康教育路径可增强精神分裂症患者的自我效能感,是提高服药依从性,降低复发率的有效方法之一。 Objective To study the influence of health education path on the self- efficacy and the compliance of patients with schizophrenia, Methods Using the GSES, TIAQ and the self - designed scale to evaluate the patients with schizophrenia before and after application the health education path Results All the indexes which had obtained after the health education were significant better than those of before the health education. Conclusion The health education can effective reinforce the self - efficacy and the compliance of patients with schizophrenia, and then improve the quality of life for them.
