西昌市建设节水型社会形势浅析

本文从西昌市的水资源情况入手,分析了水资源匮乏的现象将成为制约西昌市国民经济发展的重要因素。对于水资源紧缺的众多因素中,除与水资源本身特性,水污染有关外,还与水资源浪费有很大关系。通过已建试点城市的节水情况,探讨了当前西昌市建立节水型社会的必要性。

This article analyzed the situation of current water resources, found that water shortage wooded severely affect the development of economy in Xichang city. Considering several factors causing water shortage including characteristic of water resources, water pollution and waste of water resources, combined with the cases of established experimented city. Made a probe into the necessity to set up water economized society in Xichang city.
