摘要
以半导体光催化剂ZnO为研究对象,通过热分解前驱体(十二烷基苯磺酸锌)制备ZnO组装体.采用FT-IR、XRD和SEM对试样的结构进行分析,并用PL对其光致发光性能进行了研究.结果表明,在焙烧温度为950℃,焙烧时间为8 h时,可以得到近似有序结构的纯相的具有六角纤锌矿结构的纳米ZnO.其紫外近带边发生和深能级复合的光致发光谱强度比为0.4.
A novel assembly-ZnO for photocatalytic was synthesized from thermal decomposition used zinc dodecyl benzene sulfonate ( C12H25 - C6H4 - O3S) 2 Zn (organic-Zn) as a precursor, the corresponding structure and properties of ZnO was investigated by fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescent spectrum (PL). It was found that We can obtain the pure wurtzite ZnO with approximately hexahedron structure when the sample was calcined at 950℃ for 8h. The ratio of the intensities of the UV emission and the green emission is 0.4.
