摘要 企业人才的多寡和人才的可持续发展能力决定了企业的可持续发展能力。本文介绍一种对企业核心人才进行战略管理的好方法-PETS,详细阐述了PETS的实施条件、实施步骤、实施中参与方的角色和责任以及需要注意问题。
