摘要
提出了企业全面润滑管理模式,分析了设备全面润滑管理的管理流程。在网络与设备状态监测系统的基础上,基于J2EE的多层结构体系结构构建了全面润滑管理系统的结构框架,分析了全面润滑管理系统的功能结构和数据构成,并采用UML数据建模的方法设计了系统数据库,开发了设备全面润滑管理系统,实现了企业润滑管理的自动化,大大提升了企业设备润滑管理水平。
The integrated lubrication management model was proposed, and the tlow of me management was analyzed. Based on Web and condition monitoring system, the basic structural frame of the integrated lubrication management system (ILMS) was built with the multi-layer architecture of J2EE. The functional configuration and database of the system were elaborated, and the database was designed with UML modeling. In practice, the development of ILMS and its application greatly contributes to the automation and improvement of the management level of the enterprise lubrication management.
