摘要
通过小粒径载体XEG-5在紊动床生物膜反应器中的应用,研究了小粒径载体紊动床生物膜反应器的运行特征。试验采取序批式操作方式,以碳氮比变化的高浓度有机废水为对象。结果表明:小粒径载体应用于紊动床生物膜反应器,容积负荷3.0kgCOD/m3·d时,COD去除率大于90%,同时进水COD:NH4+-N在10~30变化时,出水NH4+-N浓度均小于10mg/L。但是系统形成悬浮与附着生物量不易分离的混杂体成为小粒径载体应用中的主要问题,而且其中的生物膜呈现补钉膜形态。
The characteristics of MBBR using small carrier is described in this paper. The reactor was operated in sequencing batch, and high strong organic wastewater with changing carbon-nitrogen ratio was the object studied. It was showed that the carbon removal was above 90% under the volumetric loading of 3.0kgCOD/m^3·d and the NH4^+-N concentration in the effluent was below 10mg/L when COD:NH4^+-N changed from 10 to 30. However the main problems in this reactor are that the mishmash is susPended and the attached biomass is difficult to be separated, moreover the patchy biofilm morphology appeared on small carrier surface throughout the experiment.
