摘要
采用自制的添加活性炭的腈氯纶吸附纤维为吸附剂,考察了活性炭含量、热定型与拉伸,温度及溶液pH值对纤维吸附染料甲基橙效果的影响。用SEM观察了纤维的表观形态。经验证,该种纤维的等温吸附过程可很好的符合Langmuir及Freundlich模式。结果表明,活性炭纺入纤维后,其吸附效率依然可达43.6%;50℃左右、酸性和碱性条件及初生纤维的多孔优势均有利于吸附纤维对染料甲基橙的吸附。
The wet-spun PAN-PVDC fibers containing various contents of activated carbon were prepared in a coagulation bath with DMF and water. The methyl orange was used to investigate the adsorption characteristics of AN-VDC copolymer fibers. The morphologies of the AN-VDC copolymer fibers were observed by scanning electronic Micrograph (SEM).The adsorption at different temperature can be well described by Langmuir and Freundlich model.The results showed that the fiber had good adsorption efficiency under the condition of acidity,alkali and a lot of porous superiority at 50℃.
