摘要 本文利用文献[1]提供的特征方程,采用实测的纳滤膜除盐率,讨论了反渗透回收率Y1和纳滤回收率Y2对反渗透和纳滤最后一级出口处渗滤压差的影响。在商品膜性能和耐压条件下,采用新工艺可能达到的最大产水回收率为71%。同时,也讨论了纳滤膜去除率R2影响,在目前膜耐压的条件下,纳滤膜除盐率范围为:20%≤R2≤35%。 According to the feature equation in the literature[1], the effect of RO (reverse osmosis) recovery rate y1 and NF (nanoliltration) recovery rate y2 on the osmosis pressure difference at the last stage's outlet of RO and NF processes were discussed with the practically determined salt rejection by NF membrane. Under the condition of the commercial membrane's performance and pressure-resistance, the maximum product water recovery rate possibly attained by the new technologically process was 71%; meanwhile, the effect of salt rejection R2 of NF membrane was also discussed; in the present conditions of pressure-resistance, the scope of NF membrane's salt rejection is: 20%≤R2≤35%
