分析了洛阳集控中心主站系统的结构、技术特点、主要功能,讨论了远动无人值班改造的设备选型原则及改造前后的变化,集控站系统以及无人值班站运行后对电网安全、经济运行产生的效果,给出了在进行集控站建设及远动无人值班改造过程中应注意的问题。

The structure of control center automation system,technical features and main function are analyzed in this paper.The principle of selecting facilities,the effect on power system security and economical operation after the application of control center automation system and no-man attended substations are discussed.It also presents the problems which shouldpay attention to during the process of construction and renovation.
