大鼠局灶脑缺血/再灌注模型CD34表达及巴曲酶对其表达的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨巴曲酶对脑缺血组织早期侧支血管的形成和微血管的建立是否有促进作用。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血/再灌注模型,用免疫组化方法观察CD34在脑缺血/再灌注后不同时间的动态变化,比较巴曲酶组和模型组的异同。结果CD34微血管阳性表达:巴酶组缺血2h再灌注后1h、3h、6h、12h、24h、48h表达明显高于模型组,高峰为7d,以后降低,且各时间段的表达均高于模型组相应时间段,P<0.05。结论巴曲酶可促进大鼠局灶脑缺血后缺血组织微血管的形成和侧支动脉的建立。 Objective To investigate whether DF-521 can promote early collateral and microvascular forma tion in brain after focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods Transient focal cerebral ischemia was made with 2h oc clusion of the middle cerebral artery and following reperfussion. Immunohistochemistry method was used to investigate the expression of CD34 and compare DF-521 groups with model groups. Results The microvascular expression of CD34 were:DF-521 groups were higher expression compare with a model groups after reperfusion at lb. 3h,6h, 12h,24h and 48h,the peak of expression was at 7d,each time point higher than model groups, statistics analysis.P〈0. 05. Conclusion DF-521 promotes early collateral and microvascular formation in brain ischemic areas in mouse.
