摘要
通过对斑点缺陷产生原因的分析,以骨瓷泥料中粗颗粒(大于61μm)进行筛分及试烧为主要途径,研究了斑点缺陷与筛余物数量及大小的关系,并结合生产实际提出减少斑点缺陷的有效途径。
Through analysis of the reasons for the errors spotted in bone china, and with the screen and burning of the grains scattered in bone china as the main burning channels, the relationship between spot defects and the size and number of the remaining was studied, and methods were given to decrease the defaults according to the actual production.
