摘要
研究了添加0.3wt%钇的 NbTi50wt%超导合金的临界电流密度 Jc 后,首次发现,元素钇的添加提高了合金的 Jc(4.2K,B≤7T)值。并用透射电镜对热处理合金的结构作了观察。
After investigating the critical current of NbTi 50wt% alloy with adition of 0.3wt% yttrium, the authors found that yttrium has improved the Jc (4.2K,B≤7 Tesla) of the alloy, in all heat treatment conditions The authors examined the microstructure of the alloy by a transmission electron microcopy after heat treatment.
