经皮椎体成形术和后凸成形术的临床应用

摘要 一、概念和历史:1.椎体成形术:椎体成形术(verteboplasty.VP),即通过椎弓根或直接向椎体内注入人工骨方法,以达到增强椎体强度和稳定性、防止塌陷、缓解腰背疼痛,甚至部分恢复椎体高度的目的。1984年法国Deramond首先应用经皮椎体内注射骨水泥甲基丙烯酸甲酯(凹PMMN)的方成功地治疗了1例长期疼痛的颈2椎体侵袭性海绵状血管瘤患者,并祢之为经皮椎体成形术(percutaneousver tebroplasty.PVP)。从而开创了经皮椎体成形术的先河。
