经皮椎体成形术和后凸成形术的临床应用

摘要 一、概念和历史：1．椎体成形术：椎体成形术（verteboplasty．VP），即通过椎弓根或直接向椎体内注入人工骨方法，以达到增强椎体强度和稳定性、防止塌陷、缓解腰背疼痛，甚至部分恢复椎体高度的目的。1984年法国Deramond首先应用经皮椎体内注射骨水泥甲基丙烯酸甲酯（凹PMMN）的方成功地治疗了1例长期疼痛的颈2椎体侵袭性海绵状血管瘤患者，并祢之为经皮椎体成形术（percutaneousver tebroplasty．PVP）。从而开创了经皮椎体成形术的先河。
