On Some Elements of Teaching Methods and Other Applied Ways in the Adult Higher Education

采用正确的教学方法是实现教育、教学目的的重要环节。采用正确的教学方法必须先对人类认识世界的规律,教育实践的规律、学生实际有清醒明晰的认识。教学方法大致有讲解、问答、阅读、议论、观察、练习、考试、实验实践、集中专题性教学等。运用教学方法要遵循:主题单一和目的多样,教师主导作用和学生学习主体性充分结合与发挥,各种教学方法组合运用,尊师爱生互献爱心等原则。

Adopting correct teaching methods is a very important link to realize education and purposes of teaching. First of all, it is necessary to clearly recognize the regulations that human-beings learn about the world, educational practice and students＇ practical conditions when teachers adopt correct teaching methods. Teaching methods approximately include explanations, questions, reading, arguments, observation, exercises, examinations, experiments and the teaching of some special subjects, etc. Applying teaching methods should be as follows： subjects should be simple and diversified aims,and teachers＇ leading role with students oriented learning should be brought into full play. Some kinds of teaching methods should be used effectively. And the principles of both students＂ respecting teachers and teachers＂ cherishing students and dedicating their loving heart to each other .
