摘要
新颖的正激式高频环节交-交变换器,是实现新型电子变压器、正弦交流稳压器和交流调压器的关键技术基础,其电路结构由输入周波变换器、高频变压器、输出周波变换器以及输入、输出滤波器构成,能够将一种不稳定的劣质交流电变换成另一种稳定、优质的同频交流电,具有高频电气隔离、拓扑简洁、两级功率变换(LFAC-HFAC-LFAC)、双向功率流等优点。研究了该类变换器的电路结构与拓扑、控制策略,给出了关键电路参数设计准则。设计并研制成功的1kVA220V±10%50HzAC/110V50HzAC正激式高频环节交-交变换器工程样机表明,该类变换器具有输出波形质量高、变换效率高、功率密度高、网侧功率因数高、负载适应和过载能力强、音频噪音低、体积重量小等优良的综合性能。
Novel Forward-mode AC-AC converters with high frequency link lay the key technical foundation on new-type electronic transformers, regulated sinusoidal ac power supplies, and ac regulators. This kind of converters constitutes of input cycloconverter, high frequency transformer, output cycloconverter, input and output filters, which can transfer the unsteady input AC voltage with high harmonic into the steady sinusoidal voltage with low harmonic. The converters have the advantages such as high frequency electrical isolation, concise topology, two-stage power conversion(LFAC-HFAC-LFAC), bi-directional power flow. Circuit configuration and topology, control strategy, and design criteria for the key circuit parameters are investigated. The designed and developed lkVA 220V ± 10%50HzAC/ 110V50HzAC prototype shows that the converters have perfect comprehensive performances such as good output waveforms, high efficiency, high power density, high line power factor, strong adaptability to various loads, strong over-load ability, low audio noise, small bulk and weight etc.
