摘要
ERP系统的发展和应用范围的扩大,带动了我国服装企业管理模式的更新和进步。通过对我国服装业ERP系统应用现状的客观分析,指出了实施ERP系统过程中存在的问题。同时依据我国服装行业的发展趋势,论证了服装企业运用ERP经营管理的可行性,提出了应用策略,对企业发展具有很强的实用价值。
The development and application expansion of ERP system led the management pattern renewal and progress of clothing business in our country. Through the external analysis to the application situation of ERP system in our country＇s apparel industry, the questions, which existed in the process of implementing ERP, are discovered. And according to the development tendency of clothing industry, the feasibility of utilizing the ERP management is proved. The application strategies have the very strong practical value to the clothing enterprises.
