摘要
作者使用60微米直径的铌钛丝作为测量元件,研制了一种连续式氦液面计。用它能连续测量60厘米高度范围内的液面变化,液面高度由数字表头直接显示出来。该文介绍了液面计的原理、装置结构和实验标定结果。
A superconducting helium level sensor is developed by using φ60 μm NbTi filament as sensory material. Such a level sensor is capable of continuously measuring helium level within 60cm high, helium level is displayed directly on a digital meter. Principle, construction and experimental results are presented.
