城市与少数民族流动人口:管理与适应——以武汉市为例

Cities and the Floating Population of Ethnic Minorities: Government and Adaptation——Taking Wuhan City for Example

由于空间跨度和文化心理跨度的存在,少数民族流动人口对城市的适应过程是一个充满竞争、对抗、同化与顺应的过程,给城市管理和发展提出了不小的难题。本文以实际调研数据为基础,对城市少数民族流动人口在城市社会中的适应状况、适应过程、适应特点及适应中存在的障碍进行介绍和分析,并就此提出对策建议。

Owing to the existence of the spatial span and cultural- psychological span, the process of the population floating of ethnic minorities and the adjustment to cities is full of competition, resistance, assimilation, which puts forward a big problem to the government and development of cities. On the basis of investigation and research on the spot, the article introduces and analyzes the adjustment condition, adjustment process, adjustment features and the obstacles existing in the adjustment of population floating of the ethnic minorities.
