延边朝鲜族自治州外商直接投资技术溢出效应分析

The Analysis of FDI Technical Spillover Effect of the Korean Autonomous City in Yanbian Area

一般认为,外商直接投资(FDI)通过技术外溢效应可以使东道国的技术水平不断提高,对一国或地区的经济发展起着重要作用。但本文通过分析发现,延边州因自身吸收能力有限,以及引进的外资水平不高,FDI在当地的溢出效应并不明显。通过分析指出,只有不断提高自身的技术创新能力,才能增强对世界先进技术的吸收能力,发挥FDI的技术溢出效应。

Generally speaking, FDI can promote the technology level of the host country with its technical spillover effect and plays very important role in the economic development of one country or region. But the analysis result shows that because of its low ab^rbing technology ability and low efficiency of utilizing FDI, FDI technical spillover effect is not obvious in Yanbian area. So only with its own improvement of technology innovation ability can we improve the technology absorbing ability, at the same time can promote the FDI technical spillover effect.
