针刺结合中药对帕金森病血清抗氧化酶含量的影响 被引量:20

摘要 针刺结合中药对28例帕金森病患者治疗前后观察显示,治疗能使帕金森病患者血中低下的T-SOD、Cu-Zn-SOD活性升至正常,GSH-PX的活力明显增高,血中MDA含量明显下降,针药治疗后CAT活性明显升高。上述结果表明针刺结合中药治疗帕金森病可能与其抗氧化作用有关。 Total-Superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), Cuzn-Superoxide dismutase (Cu-Zn-SOD)、 Mn-Superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD), Cata- lase (CAT). Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH- PX) activity and the serum level of malondi- aldehyde (MDA), an intermediate in Lipid Peroxidation processes, were investigated in 28 parkinson's disease patients, and the al- terations were observed pre and after treat- ment with acupuncture and chinese medic -ine. The results showed that after acupunc- ture and chinese medicine treatment, the de- creased T-SOD and Cu-Zn-SOD activity in- creased signincantly, the GSH-PX and CAT activity were higher signincantly, than that of norma. The serum level of MDA declined significantly. We consider that the possible machnism by which acupuncture and chi- nese medicine to treat PD is related to its antioxidase affect.
