摘要 目前民营企业女工权益保障存在的主要问题是:不签劳动合同或劳动合同不规范;劳动保护不到位;不执行最低工资标准;超时工作和克扣拖欠工资现象严重等。由于劳动立法与执法脱节,不能体现法律的公正;社会对民营企业的监管机制不健全;民营企业自觉守法意识不强以及女工自身权益保护意识淡薄,这些都是造成少数民营企业违反的原因所在。 The main problems of women-workers' right and interests protection existed in folk enterprises are: without or insufficient employment contract, insufficient working protection, unfulfilling the lowest-income standard, over-time working or postponing salary issuing, etc. Because of the incoherence of legislation and operation, there isn't any way to show the justice of law. At the same time, the insufficient supervision system to folk enterprises by society, the weak self-consciousness of obeying the law by citizens and self-protection by womenworkers all compromise the reasons of law-breaking to some folk enterprises.
