黄炎培是我国职业教育先驱,其职业教育思想很先进,主要概括为以下几点:提出“使无业者有业,使有业者乐业”著名职业教育理论;主张手脑并用,做学合一,理论与实际并行,知识与技能并重;实现“学校无不用之成材,社会无不学之执业,国无不教之民,民无不乐之生”;提倡“大职业教育主义”。
