摘要
于氮气氛中烧结名义组成为 Bi_(1.7)Pb_(0.3)Sr_2Ca_3Cu_4O_y 的样品,恒温的温度为829±2℃,经过5天,得到了单一(注①)的2223高 T_c 超导相。用 XRD 分析未见2212相和2201相的衍射峰。Tc(0)为100—104.3K,电阻—温度曲线没有拖尾现象。
Sintering samples of nominal composition of Bi1. 7Pb0.3Sr2Ca3Cu4 Oy in the atmosphere of nitrogen at a constant temperature of 829±2℃ for five days, We acquired the single 2223 high Tc superconductivity phase. According to the results by XRD analysis, there were no diffraction peaks of 2212 and 2201 phase to appear.The Tc(0) are in the range of 100 to 104.3K, without tailing for the resistance-temperature curves.
