摘要 研究了固态反应法制备 Bi_(2-x)Pb_xSr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10+y)超导体材料的成形压力与材料织构和临界电流的关系。随单向成形压力的提高,样品织构增强,在垂直于压力方向上临界电流密度 J_c 急剧增大而在平行于压力方向上 J_c 逐渐减小,表现出明显的各向异性特征。 The relation of forming pressure to the textured structure and critical current density of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3O10+y superconducting bulk materials prepared by solid reaction method was studied. With the increasing of uniaxial pressure, the textured structure became stronger , and the critical current density Jc in the direction perpendicular to the pressure increased sharply, while Jc along the pressure direction decreased gradually, which indicated obvious anisotropic characteristics.
