摘要
通过问卷调查、训练观察和教练员面谈的方法,对教练员知识形成途径、教练员知识结构组成进行探讨。研究表明,现阶段我国教练员知识结构以专项教学训练知识为核心,一般性教学训练知识、专项内容知识为主体,外围知识为支撑的模式。教练员的知识有不同来源,最重要的来源是教练员自身的执教经验和反思、作为运动员时的经验以及与同行的交流学习。
By the method of questionnaire, observation and interviewing with some coaches, the author discussed the knowledge source and knowledge constitutes of some coaches. The research result showed that at present the knowledge constitutes of the coaches in China has such a pattern: specific training knowledge is the core, general training knowledge and the specific content knowledge are the main body of knowlegde, other knowledge is the supporting part. All the coaches have different ways to widen their knowledge range. Among these ways, the most important source is their own coaching experience, their own experience as a player and their communication with their colleagues.
