BiSrCaCuO系2212超导相的同质异构体

THE ALLOTROPES OF 2212 SUPERCONDUCTIVE PHASE IN Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O SYSTEM

摘要 在用熔融法生长 Bi 系2212超导相单晶体的晶片中,发现除报导过的 I 点阵相外,还存在多种 P 点阵的同质异构体。可能是由于调制作用,在(001)衍射谱中,部分衍射线呈“肩”状形,少数晶片的低温测试表明,有少量105K 相存在。 From the X-ray diffraction patterns of the single crystals(about 1× 1×0.5 mm) of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system superconductive phase (2212) grown from the melt method, it is found that besides there exists the body center lattice phase 'I' which has been reported,there exist also different varieties of allotropes of the simple lattice 'p'.A part of the 001 diffraction line are 'shoulder-shape' ,this is probably due to the effect of modulation structure. The low temperature determinations of a few crystals indicate that they contain a small amount of 105K phase.
