摘要 细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)是在细胞表面表达的具有介导细胞间或细胞与细胞外基质相互作用的糖蛋白,它可增强白细胞与血管内皮细胞间的黏附,促进炎症的发生和发展。ICAM-1在糖尿病大血管病变中的作用已得到认识,在微血管损害中的作用也逐渐引起研究者的关注。近年研究发现ICAM-1与糖尿病肾病的关系十分密切。对ICAM-1的研究将为糖尿病肾病的诊疗提供新的途径。 Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) is a kind of glyprotein expressed on the surface of cells, which involve in the interaction between cells or cells and extracellular matrix. It can strengthen the adhesion of leucocytes to vascular endothelial cells, advanced the progression of inflammation. There is a consensus of the effect of ICAM-1 on the diabetic macrovascular pathology, and the effect on mierovascular pathology gradually is attracting many researchers' attention. Recently research has showed that ICAM-1 has a close relationship with diabetic nephropathy. The research on ICAM-1 will provide a new way to diagnose and treat the diabetic nephropathy.
