摘要
精确地定位致痫灶是癫痫外科手术治疗的前提。偶极子三维颅内癫痫灶定位系统为临床精确定位提供了可靠的方法。在临床上与诱发电位、脑磁图等结合应用可提高定位的准确性。另外,偶极子定位技术还可精确性判断起源性电位活动,提高癫痫手术治疗的效果。
Accurate localization of epileptogenic focus was the precondition of surgery treatment for epilepsy . The systems of three-dimension intracranial Dipole tracing had offered a reliable and effective method for accurate orientation in clinic. Combined with evoked potential and magnetocncephalography, it couht improved the site-specific accuracy. Furthermore, the Dipole tracing method could correctly determine the original electro-activity and promote the effect of surgery treatment for epilepsy.
