摘要
肿瘤血管及其灌注与肿瘤的组织来源、生长方式及良恶性程度有着较为密切的关系。免疫组织化学技术是目前评价肿瘤血管形成的“金标准”,但它在临床中的实用受到一定的限制。影像学技术可以无创性反映肿瘤血管的解剖和生理特征,在诊断和评价肿瘤治疗方法扮演重要的角色,故无创性影像学技术代替有创的免疫组织化学技术是一种趋势。
Tumor vessel and its perfusion have much close relationship with its origin of tissue,growth pattern and extent of benign or malignancy. Immunohistochemistry is "gold standard" on assessing the tumor angiogenesis, but its application is limited to a certain extent. Imageology technique may reflect anatomical and physiological characteristics of tumor neovascularity noninvasively, which play an important role in the diagnosis of tumor and the evaluation of tumor therapy. So there is a trend for noninvasive imaginh technique to replace immunohist ochemistry.
