摘要
目的:探讨赭朴九味润燥颗粒的通便机制。方法:观察赭朴九味润燥颗粒对阿托品、肾上腺素、盐酸吗啡引起小鼠小肠推进运动抑制的影响及小鼠肠道水分的影响。结果:赭朴九味润燥颗粒高、中、低3个剂量(26.52,13.26,6.63 g·kg^(-1),以原药材计,高剂量相当干汤剂的人日服剂量)均能明显拮抗肾上腺素、阿托品、盐酸吗啡引起小鼠小肠推进功能的抑制(P<0.01);且高、中2个剂量组较生理氯化钠溶液组显著增加小鼠肠腔水分(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:促进肠道的运动、降低肠道过高的张力和增加肠腔容积可能是该药产生通便作用的主要机制。
Objective : To investigate the cathartic mechanism of granules of nine ingredients for moistening the dryness of the intestine (Zhepujiuweirunzao granules). Methods:Mice were supplemented with the granules to evaluate its antagonism with adrenaline, atropine and morphine hydrochloride in enterocinesia of the small intestine and the water volume in intestinal cavities. Results:The granules sig- nificantly antagonized the actions of adrenaline, atropine and morphine hydrochloride on enterocinesia of the small intestine of mice at doses of 26.52,13.26 and 6.63 g·kg^-1 (P 〈0.01 ) , and increased the water volume in intestinal cavities at doses of 26.52 and 13.26 g·kg^-1 ( p 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:The granules act as a cathartic by strengthening intestinal enterocinesia, relieving intestinal tension and escalating intestinal volume.
