摘要
机器人焊接系统属于多智能体系统(Multi-Agentsystems,MAS),机器人点焊系统集成的关键是如何处理好MAS的通信和工作协调。本文介绍汽车车身机器人点焊的工作流程,重点介绍了机器人点焊工作站的控制原理及工作站集成技术。
A robot welding system is a kind of multi-agent system, and the key to the robot welding system integration is to deal with communication and task coordination of MAS. This paper introduces work procedures of spot welding system in automotive industries. This paper is focused on the control principle and system integration techniques of robot spot welding workstation.
