老年高血压患者脉压与动脉内皮功能损害的关系

The relation between pulse pressure and endothelial function of artery in the elderly patients with essential hypertension

目的探讨老年高血压患者脉压与动脉内皮功能损害的相关性。方法对160例原发性高血压患者按脉压分成四组,同时测定每个组的血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)的水平情况。结果老年高血压患者脉压与ET-1呈显著性正相关(r=0.185,P<0.01),与NO呈显著性负相关(r=-0.162,P<0.05),与ET-1和NO的比值呈显著性正相关(r=0.212,P<0.01)。结论高血压患者脉压与动脉内皮功能损害关系密切,可作为评估和预测高血压患者动脉内皮功能损害的指标。

Objective To explore the correlation between pulse pressure （PP） and endothelial function of artery in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods Totally 160 patients with essential hypertension were selected, and divided into four groups according to PP, The NO and ET-1 in serum were measured in all groups. Results PP of elderly patients with essential hypertension had positive correlation with the levels of ET-1 （r=0. 185,P〈0.01）, And it had negative correlation with the levels of NO （r=-0. 162,P〈0.05）, And it had positive correlation with ET-1/NO （r=0.212, P〈0.01）. Conclusions There was close relationship between PP and endothelial function of artery and PP was a more effective index to evaluate and forecast endothelial function of artery in patients with essential hypertension.
