摘要
目的观察缬沙坦和美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。方法296例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在基本治疗基础上加缬沙坦和美托洛尔,缬沙坦20～80mg,一日一次。美托洛尔6.75mg～75mg,一日两次。结果治疗组有效率96.18%,对照组有效率87.68%,两者对比差异有显著性(P≤0.05),左室射血分数、心率、左室舒张末期内径、药前后对比有显著差异(P≤0.01)。结论缬沙坦和美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭有效。
Objective To study the effect of valsartan and metoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 296 cases of chronic heart failure were divided into two groups （study group, control group）. Patients of study group＇s were treated withvalsartan and metoprolol, in addition to conventionat therapy, valsarton 20～ 80mg, one time a day, metoprolol 6. 75mg～75mg, twice a day. Results The study group＇s curative effect was 96.18%, the control group＇s curative effect was 87.68%. The therapeutic effect was significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.05）, There was tratistically significant difference between before the treatment and after the treatment of LVEF, HR, LVDd （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Valsartan and metoprolol are well tolerated in treatment of chronic heart failure.
