摘要 在并行自动化测试系统中,并发执行的多个测试程序会竞争有限的仪器资源,硬件资源的分配与任务调度是并行测试的一个关键问题。而现有的并行任务调度算法不适于高度异构的并行测试系统。本文在面向信号的描述仪器资源与测试需求的基础上,提出了适合于异构系统的基于信号参数集最小距离的任务调度算法,同时给出了该算法的具体实现。实验结果表明,该算法适于异构的并行测试系统。 In the Parallel Test System, the testing programs are to compete for instruments concurrently. Therefore, how to allocate instruments and schedule task is a key to parallel test. Current Scheduling Algorithms are not fit for heterogeneous Parallel Test System. Based on the Signal-Orientation description of the instruments resource and the need for testing, an algorithm designed for heterogeneous Parallel Test System was proposed. The algorithm allocates instruments resource based on the minimum distance in the signal parameters set. The realization of the algorithm was discussed. The experimental result shows that the given algorithm is fit for Parallel Test System.
