有机电致发光薄膜显示器像素阵列的制作

Manufacture of the Pixel Matrix in the Organic Light-Emitting Display

摘要 有机电致发光显示器被认为是最有发展潜力的新一代的显示器件,近年来一些新方法、新技术和新材料的出现大大改进了OLED的制作工艺,提高了器件性能。针对目前OLED制作的关键技术—像素点阵制作中存在的典型问题和不足,以及问题的解决,详细讨论了OLED像素阵列制作的四种改进方法,即绝缘层为隔离柱成型像素点阵、激光切割阴极材料成型像素点阵、光刻新型有机发光材料成型像素点阵以及微接触印刷技术成型像素点阵,并对比和分析了这几种方法对OLED器件带来的益处与不足。 With appearing of new technologies Display(OLED) is considered to be the newest one in the and materials, the manufacture process and the light- emitting performance of OLED have been improved greatly. As a critical technique in OLED the manufacture of the pixel matrix is discussed in details,including the predominant drawbacks in the usual methods and the modifications about them as well as four efficient improved methods. These new methods are advanced in techniques and bring a lot of advantages into OLED.
