针对多品种、小批量类型的电子产品生产加工模式进行探讨,分析这种生产模式下存在的不足,提出以工艺流程为主线的生产信息实时管理系统,对系统进行分析并建立系统模型,阐述生产计划管理模块、库存管理、车间任务管理、刀具/工装夹具管理、管理者综合查询模块、系统管理模块及系统架构,通过系统各模块功能的研究,实现对工厂各类基础数据的集中管理和维护。

Discuss electronic prodnction mode of high mix and low volume. Analyse the problems under this mode. Propose the real - time administrative system based on process flow. Analyse and build system model. Explain production plan module, stock management, floor task management, tool/fixture management, comprehensive inquiring module, system management module and system structure. Realize the centralized management and maintenance of basic data of factory.
