摘要
介绍了固定式有铰栓液压缸和固定式无铰栓液压缸与夹紧机构组合而成的系统。有铰栓液压缸用过度连杆与有铰栓的夹具杆连接,无铰栓液压缸通过活塞中间所开的矩形槽与夹具连接。用固定式液压缸代替铰接式液压缸,系统刚性显著提高,冲击及噪音显著降低。
Here introduces a system, which consists of a cylinder and a fixture. To avoid the cylinder's swing during working, it is needed to substitute the hinged-hydraulic cylinder with a fixed-hydraulic cylinder. We can adopt two new methods. One way is to use a hinged lever to connect the piston and a claming lever, the other way is to employ a piston which has a slot in the middle part of it, while the claming lever is put in the slot. Such system has a good rigid, low shock and noise.
