摘要
本文介绍在万能工具显微镜上用光学灵敏杠杆测量圆柱环规内径的方法,并对该测量方法的不确定度进行分析评定。
This paper introduced the methods of measuring cylinder ring gauge inner diameter with opties sensitive lever on all -prupose tool microscope.And an evaluation of analysis to the uncertainty of measuring methods is made.
