摘要
某型号机组经过通流部分改造后存在着正常运行状态下负胀差偏大的问题,严重影响机组的变负荷特性及变工况特性。为此,对机组在切除低压加热器后停机过程中引起的振动故障进行了分析,探讨了故障的主要原因,并对同类型故障提出了改进建议。
After the transformation of the flow path of a certain unit, there exits excessive negative differential expansion under normal operation condition, which seriously impacts the varying duty and the variable parameter characteristics of the unit. This paper analyzes the cause of the vibration fault during emergency shut-down of the unit after shedding the damaged low-pressure heater, and puts forth suggestions for improvement aiming at similar failures.
