B淋巴细胞的细胞周期蛋白表达及周期分布在特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病机制中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)是一种由于循环血中抗血小板抗体增多,导致血小板破坏增加而引起的自身免疫性疾病,它的发病机制与B淋巴细胞有密切的关系。B淋巴细胞在自身免疫性疾病中有重要作用,包括产生自身抗体、分泌细胞因子、抗原呈递和协同刺激效应。我们应用流式细胞术检测ITP初发患者治疗前及治疗后恢复正常和正常人外周血B淋巴细胞的细胞周期的分布及细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)D2、cyclinA的表达水平,探讨ITP患者B淋巴细胞的细胞周期分布规律及细胞周期蛋白的变化。
