摘要
激光雷达三维遥感是获取各种森林冠层特征参数的一种突破性技术,具有精确地直接测量和估计森林结构特征的能力。文中介绍了三维成像激光雷达技术的背景、发展情况及其在林业中的应用,详细分析了通过激光雷达直接测量、建模或推断及多源融合获取森林结构特征参数的方法。
Lidar and 3D remote sensing is a breakthrough technology for deriving several parameters of forest canopy structural characteristics. Lidar instruments have demonstrated the capability to accurately direct-measure and estimate important forest structural characteristics. This paper provides a brief background and development on lidar and 3D remote sensing technique, and its current uses in forestry, analyses the methods of capturing structural parameters through direct retrieve, modeling and inference or by fusion with other imaging sensors.
