复方氨苄西林-氟氯西林胶囊及有关物质的HPLC测定

Determination of Co-Fluampicil Capsules and Its Related Substances by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定复方氨苄西林-氟氯西林胶囊含量及有关物质。采用C18柱,流动相为缓冲溶液(含0.01mol/L溴化十六烷基三甲铵和0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾,pH6.5)-乙腈(50∶50),检测波长230nm。氨苄西林和氟氯西林的线性范围分别为0.06～1.67和0.06～1.5mg/ml。两者检测限分别为6和5ng。平均回收率分别为99.9%和99.8%。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of ampicillin, flucloxacillin and related substances in co-fluampicil capsules. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of the buffer solution （containing 0.01mol/L cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate, pH 6.5） -acetonitrile （50 ： 50）. The detection wavelength was 230nm. The calibration curves of ampicillin and flucloxacillin were linear in the ranges of 0.06 - 1.67mg/ml and 0.06 - 1.5mg/ml, the detection limits were 6 and 5ng, and the average recoveries were 99.9% and 99.8%, respectively.
